RE:RE:RE:Buying back on this Financing at $7.85Kika001, it is normal for the SP to trade down to the new issues price. Pure industrial for example is trading below their new issue price. The Slate equity raise is $50 million which is over 20% of the current market cap and is large compared to typical trading volume That's a lot of new shares and some of the participants in the new raise will sell existing shares to free up room.
Slate has also had a strong run-up these past few months so hasn't established a strong sp trading level.
This is a large acquisition and will move the needle on forward AFFO targets. I expect analysts to revise their SP targets upwards as a result.
