That's the great contrarian play here.  Everyone has wrote this off.  All serious sellers have sold and it's in a holding pattern right now. 

The calm before the storm and this case, it's heavy winds towards sunshine!!!!

Buy at the lows when there is blood on the streets!  Blood is turning to black gold in this sector, LTS recovery is not an "if", it's a "when"!
