I disagree I think there is another 15-20 cents upside when real NR about noteholder comes in...
in the new agreement there is a clause stating in case of anything happening to the company, common shareholders get $1/share, at the VERY LEAST after everyone has got onboard with this agreement we should be trading somewhere close to there, if in the worst case scenario you get $1/share why would you sell it any cheaper at all?
Oh man I really hope you're not this naive invictus. And if you are then wow is all I can say. FYI the worst case scenario is zero for everyone. How are they gonna pay a dollar per share if they don't have any money in a couple of years? But I'm sure you'll be saying that in a couple weeks, after its risen, when you decide to bash the stock to buy back in lower just like you did a couple of weeks ago. I really hope people on this board aren't dumb enough to fall for your schtick. And out of curiousity sake why aren't you mixing your posts up with your other handle bestrong?
