Gear / Striker Merger

Gear / Striker MergerGear appeared to be one of the top suitors for TBE along with Huskey. Now that Huskey is in disposition mode and Gear found a suitor in Striker, I fear we have missed the boat. Based on the news today I would assume there was a 3-way conversation between Striker, Gear and TBE and TBE didn't get the metaphorical rose. On the other hand it could be coincidental that two heavy oil producers announced a business combination the same day the extention expired. Just my two cents, hope I am wrong. Long TBE.DB
