RE:according to this. PSG is a prior investment, not a currentI guess you are kind of right. Sagard Capital has been buying on behalf of the Desmarais Family Residuary Trust. So, is PSG part of Sagard's portfolio proper, as you have indicated, probably not. But who is Sagard Capital - Answer, the Desmarais Family. You can't separate one from the other. The more intriguing question is, where did Friedberg go?/ok2
