RE:RE:RE:Question for AllPGD has big potential based on what they have in the ground, but to live up to it, you might have to wait until the project is in its finishing phase.
For a buyout, the buyer wants to see a discount. The Friedlands won't be willing to give them that. They don't have to and they know what they have. If a buyer is willing to pay full price, good, they will sell it, but don't invest in PGD because of that.
A JV is easier if you find someone who is willing to pay big bucks and play second fiddle.
If you have time, extra money that you most likely will have to fork over and the stomach to see your investment drop 50%, good, get in and hold until a big payday. It will come eventually. If not, trade it or stay out.
