RE:RE:Curious I feel

RE:RE:Curious I feel This will get HALTed again with an annoucment of a deal, Shoot to $50 and then drop back down to $30 after deal falls apart.  This is the way this stock trades.

somebody is confident that there will be no deal. no buy out....why else would there be no short covering ?...why else would cohodes be saying what he is saying??...when is the last time he lost money on a short sell?

thats the problem....there is more proof here that there will be NOBUYOUT than if there were to be one...

i cant make sense of it, so im not listening to posters, but the facts are

-the price keeps dropping
-shorts are still here
-metrics for a deal seem lousy
-if there an offer it will be lower than expected and probably rejected
-the fact that this was not halted again due to the tak of prices from ambers " sources"...
that should have prompted an instant halt....and it didnt....

this whole thing seems fishy..almost like a set up
