OK, it seems the market disagrees with you and Reservoir is tanking.  Wish I had sold my Reservoir when it was much higher, now I'm stuck, holding the bag.  You say its not the "chinese interests" but the facts say otherwise.  Jing BAO, XGC, what are they Americans?  Canadians?, oh, I see they are shareholders that a "minority".  How can they be a minority, when they are holding already a minimum of 10% and have proposed a further dilution of 10 million shares!, and a "loan" of $50 million.  Of course they "XGC" says they're ok with the first part of the Agreement - where in total Nevsun provided $135 millions , in loans and shares issued.  Give me a break!  Is this amateur hour?  How low will my shares go?

Okay, where to start with this BS....

First off, Reservoir daily stock price is now tied directly to NSU. We are down today because they are down, and both are down because copper is struggling to hold $2. The market hasn't factored anything into the SP for this deal going forward or being defeated at this point in time, and it won't until the vote results are announced. I think, and several long time holders of RMC agree with me, that a NO vote at this point is the best thing for us at this time to maximize the value of our long time holdings in RMC.

Secondly, your original post suggested that we were all plants here by the Chinese dissidents, I simply pointed out that you were incorrect, and that most of us simply think we will get a better deal by voting no at this time to the NSU deal.

Frankly, its pretty obvious that you are not an RMC shareholder and never have been, so it is very disingenous to suggest you are worried about "how low will my shares go". You are obviously a plant from NSU or Cannaccord who is working hard to try to spread fear and misinformation to scare people into voting your way, which must mean your very scared you are going to lose the project. Obviously NSU needs this project very badly, and they are the ones who know that and are trying to pick it up on the cheap.
