RE:RE:RE:RE:ok I'll pour some water on thingsA private placement would kill shareholders. They would have to price it at 10 cents du to the risk, So 1 billion shares would raise 100 miilion dollars. I don't think share holders would want that kind of dillution. Upside would be destroyed.
