RE:RE:RE:Elena Sartov on the UK Board Again

RE:RE:RE:Elena Sartov on the UK Board AgainDOUG . . . All true. With that said, you have to be a BIG enough player to be able to take IAE out at a decent premium that everyone will agree with.

Our Reatail Investor thoughts as to IAE value and NAV and a Buyer may differ. May be even HIGHER, as these guys in the NS are in for the long haul and talk amongst themselves all the time. Everyone appears to knows everyone.

I think when the FPF-1 is moored into position and the 3 month connection to First oil is underway, that would be the time to strike a deal. IAE knows they will have the hot new HUB in the Central North Sea and many in the neighborhood ( ConocoPhillips Jasmine right beside Stella) will be loking at it. With oil turning around, easier to BUY this production HUB than work on one of your own for years, me thinks.

NS premiums tend to be 30-40%ers. Gotta have the SP up to $3 to get the LONG awaiting Gekko $4.25 . . . Or we keep the Brute, pump like crazy, add reserves and make $$$$$$$ going forward. Just not sure IAE will be around to see that level.

Best GG
