Got it!  So your intelligence says, that NSU management got suckered in lending RMC $50 million, and buy in at $9.40 CDN...and you go along with XGC in saying - they got no problems with that aspect....then you expect that is no break up fee...and then you get expect no price dip on the 10 million share dilution, to XGC and then you expect that XGC will lend $50 million for just 6% interest and then you expect Santa to bring you the Xmas gift...OK got it...but which year....and don't forget to ask NSU to sit patiently to get their investment of $135 mill in shares and loan....while RMC goes merrily along without a major partner....and you expect that copper prices will rise....what if something goes wrong in all of these expectations of yours...got the digipic now....
