In learning a little bit of horse psychology I'd like to suggest that as you move on, try to position yourself where you are more or less looking forward between the horses ears. Look in the direction of your intended route and the horse will take you there because he will always be more sensitive than you. As it appears, I expect now that as you leave, you will be looking a lot over the horses tail. As a foot note, this may give you some insight as to why there are more horses asses than there are horses. ......Good Luck!
