Ventripoint Diagnostics Ltd. is a Canada-based medical device company. It is engaged in the development and commercialization of diagnostic tools to monitor patients with heart disease. Its flagship product, Ventripoint Medical System (VMS+), enhances echocardiography to deliver cMRI levels of accuracy for volumetric measurements and ejection fractions for all four chambers of the heart. It has developed a solution that transforms cardiac care through its 3D ECHO and MRI software. VMS products are powered by its proprietary Knowledge Based Reconstruction technology, which is the result of a decade of development and provides accurate volumetric cardiac measurements equivalent to MRI.

1. You have no idea what my intent is. To think that you do is self-aggrandising.

3. You are the one who chooses to attack (and in fact, choose to do nothing else)

4. It is a shame that you do not see the benefit to posting research related to Ventripoint. Just remember that others can understand it.

5. My fault for breaking the news on the exclusive distributor to the US military two weeks before it was announced. I am sorry if you feel I overstepped.

6. I am honestly surprised that you do not see the benefit of Ventrisound investigating the investment environment in Ma'anshan, reporting on their investors and applying for licenses but I suppose you can bring a horse to water...
