You just dont get it do you. Colorado is just one state. Federally in the US this is still all uncertain. According to the American CSA or Controlled Substance Act; any product or extract or salt compound made from cannabis is considered illegal. That includes all forms of the plant including hemp. Any Cannabinoid is therefore illegal by the Controlled Substance Act. CBD is not going anywhere other than research until this is resolved. That said it will be resolved sooner rather than later. IMO NSP is perfectly positioned with Medropharm.
