Mail from Mark

Mail from MarkJust got this from Mark, I believe him. Just let it blow over.

"This event has been completely blown out of proportion due to a very small group of locals.

Some local villagers saw the trucks and equipment being delivered to Simba's block 2-A in Wajir
and thought that Simba was starting Oil exploration work without their knowledge or consent.

This was simply the equipment being moved to the site. The work has not even begun and yet the story
reported a "halt in work", which is simply untrue. The seismic will go ahead as planned, this is just a minor issue
being blown out of proportion over a lack of communication and understanding.

Three weeks ago Mr. Hassan held a town-hall meeting in Wajir with the locals and tribal Elders and explained
the process that Simba would be following in order to begin the 2-D seismic survey ahead of drilling later
in 2016.

There is a meeting tomorrow in Kenya (Saturday) with Simba's country manager, along with Mr. Hassan and the local tribal Elders and members of local government to address their concerns directly.

Simba Energy and Essel Group ME have the full support of the Kenyan government and these minor issues will all be addressed and resolved quickly.

Thank you,
Mark"
