This stock is such a piece of sh*t

This stock is such a piece of sh*tPSG hold companies that have great products and hold the most market share against there peers, but managment obviously doesn't know how to create decent profit margins. They decided to flood the market with product and create fake growth. They don't even know how to create postive buzz about the stock, I mean they give a sh**y guidance report. Then when the Q comes out it's even worse then what they thought. wtf ........... I guarantee you if they beat there own guidance this stock would be at $6c...... The day before it shot up 15% and was sitting at like 5.15C but noooooooo managment FAILS at everything.

I bought this at $4.50c thinking this would be taken private, since Mr. roustan has been hyping about taking it private when the share price was at $16. know i'm questioning it. would they hire a new ceo if a bid was coming in ?
