I believe they only need 1 out of every 3 to vote yes, as they already have the remaining needed shares locked up
as a riskier short term potential big return BLU will have pahse 3 results out this month
their partner is a big player in the development stage and have put in $60 million
trading around $2.50 and short term I see $3.50 if positive and $5 easy within a year (if positive)
