I would take the adjusted Q1 earnings of $2,121,000 and then divide by the share count adjusted for the private placement 1,197,505,000, then multiple by 100 for the consolidation = EPS of $0.18.

Now if we simply multiple by 4 we get annual earnings of $0.72. This is actually low, because the company gets more revenue in Q4, but lets take the $0.72 to be conservative. At the current offer price of 2.5c, adjusted for consolidation to $2.50, the company is at a PE of 3.5x. Now, I realize this company has some growth challenges, but 3.5x??? It could easily trade at 10x PE in my view.
