RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Nice run $$$$$Don Lindsay is still in charge at Teck and he spearheaded both the Fording Coal Acquisition as well as the move into the oil sands with Fort Hills as a joint venture and Frontier as a go it alone future development. To think that he would give up on his major moves is unlikely. He escaped the Fording  move through selling a portion of the company to a major chinese player and with the start of a recovery, both in oil and metals  his strategic investments and diversification have a good chance of being real winners. The only asset that has been touted as a posssible sale has been the power dams near Trail. The recent financial adjustments to move out some of the cash requirements is positive and means that Teck will still have substantial debt but that if Fort hills comes on stream as expected then paying the bills as they come do should be no problem.
