RE:Migao - true value much higher than buyout pricesadly this is all too familiar for chinese companies.  if you go read up on hanfeng evergreen, same thing happened with that company; however shareholders got left with nothing as the privatization turned out to be a fraud.

if this deal gets rejected by shareholders, nothing is stopping company from further write downs to drive the stock price down even further.
