No, QLT does not appear to have any revenue-generating assets.  What I meant was that Aralez can take the cash and buy revenue-generating assests and use the NOLs to offset the taxes on any profits generated by those acquired assets.

Over-levered spec pharma companies (i.e., Valeant) are looking to sell assets to reduce debt and Aralez can take advantage with QLT's cash.
