Doc,the  most important message for me is that the banks and potential lenders of alternative 1st lien debt/credit facility can point to these metrics and have confidence that there is more than sufficient security with LTS's assets to lend them the $450-500 million they need to continue to run their business. This company is still not out of the woods, but this was very positive news.
