Not sure what happened there but here's my reply zhantao: Yeah Im confused by the Preferred Share reference as well. Especially when the writing makes it sound like a single share thats just given to the agent for voting purposes only. So how many Preferred shares will be issued. And the fact that no detail of it is included in the tranche waterfall scenarios. But it doesn't really matter I suppose since the main hurdle is getting the noteholders consent. And these details are just what ifs of the company decides to sell

yes what ifs but how many people jumped on board thinking worse case was a buck... ?  40-50 cents is going to be tough to reach and hold until NKO shows the market some $$$$ .. I hoping I am wrong but it still should be  a slow grind upward at least if nothing else

Well when it comes to NKO alot of people like to live in la la land.  As I said from the get go worst case scenario has and always will be zero.  But do I think it's going to go to zero? No.  And  I don't think it'll be tough to reach 40-50 cents but for sure it'll be tough to hold that price right away. Maybe that'll be the base come 6 months from now who knows.  But atleast a somewhat new trend has started this year in that so far the stock has yet to drop below it's pre news price (so far there have been about 3 news releases that have spiked the share price significantly and all three times it hasn't dropped below).  Whereas the last couple of years it always dropped significantly below the pre news price after skyrocketing. So maybe it is due for a gradual grind upwards with a few big swings thrown in between.
