RE:RE:RE:RE:privatizationI am a small shareholder but have to agree that this takeover is far too cheap.
The premium is way too low. They make it sound like it is a good move for the shareholders but it is not.
They are stealing it while oil is down. Opportunistic but that is a smart move for them I guess.
Not pleased.
