Also, the company can absolutely respond to questions on these drug prices, along with ALL other questions outside of the strategic alternative committee which they have chosen not to discuss. How else do you think they answered the analysts questions on the conference call? That is just the most BS I have ever heard that they are silenced to respond to questions. I have been asking Kanwar to have him on for weeks and she said the company has declined and to please tell the CEO that the viewers want him on. I understand why they don't want to answer questions on the SA committee (as they refused to answer in the q1 conference call) and that is fine, but they can speak to any other questions such as this BS that is going on in England.
