If you read the articles you would understand the answers to your questions, the NHS is the government. It is not like a payor in the states which you must be from. Its like Canada;s govenment healthcare so they do have the control to use whatever they want in hospitals.

Also, the company can absolutely respond to questions on these drug prices, along with ALL other questions outside of the strategic alternative committee which they have chosen not to discuss.  How else do you think they answered the analysts questions on the conference call?  That is just the most BS I have ever heard that they are silenced to respond to questions. I have been asking Kanwar to have him on for weeks and she said the company has declined and to please tell the CEO that the viewers want him on.  I understand why they don't want to answer questions on the SA committee (as they refused to answer in the q1 conference call) and that is fine, but they can speak to any other questions such as this BS that is going on in England.  I am long and overweight on this dog, have not traded it but Jesus man on man you sound like a ranting lunatic and so much i think that if you are representative on the board for the longs we may as well all just sell, dude.  You sound like a 16 year old that just bought his first stock ..

Either way no legal action will ever materialize and if ,and that's a massive if, it does then cinven will hold most of the blame as they were in charge.  The only real issue for Cxr is that they can't charge rediculous prices for drug reformalation, the gig is up, but they can sensibly increase the prices still.  Again Cxr cannot run amco nor can they remain in the public eye doing so.  Must sell and move on.
