Chris Dupont - CEO Brunswick Resources Inc

Chris Dupont - CEO Brunswick Resources IncI just learned that CD is CEO of another expoloration company called Brunswick Resources, which has the same office address as Explor (same news-release letterhead as well!).  Anybody know what the relationship is between the two companies?  I see Explor sold Chester Copper to Brunswick back in December.  Geoff Carter is also part of both companies.
