You declare it is IMPOSSIBLE for production to restart and they have no cash with no basis in fact.
On May 13 they reported cash of US$5.5 m. That is after Q1 end when they sold the 3.4k oz gold.

$5.5m just 1 month ago is hardly no cash as you claim. Accounts payable doesn't have to be paid immediately. Companies often can delay many months before paying.
AUE just stated they are targetting production to restart soon mid June (there are always delays in mining so give that target a bit more time). But you claim it is IMPOSSIBLE. Let us see how your sky is falling end of company disaster declarations and impossible restart predictions turn out. Let's see if time proves you wrong AGAIN.
