RE:Roll backHey uppermost10! There's no disputing the reasons for a rollback that you've stated, but the issue of a name change isn't correct. Many companies do change their name to set themselves apart from the old company, but there is no requirement to change the company name because of a consolidation of shares. If there is confusion regarding the old and new prices, it's usually only in the mind of the less experienced investors. They are two completely separate decisions.
