Maybe these guys have access to paid research regular investors aren't privy to. Anyway, we'll figure it out in hindsight someday. Maybe the share transfer was a tell, hedging policy, maybe the loophole closing, gaap vs adjusted earnings, strategic review, who knows, there's lots of oddities here.

The main thing keeping the stock down is the growth by acquisition model, which is under assault. Also management has put them under a strategic review, which does not appear to be going all that well. Has a heavy debt load. Survivability is potentially at risk.
