RE:RE:pennwest get 975 mil for 13000 boetime was different as oil prices is different and situation is different and most of all as bookends said it property is different.  Every deal has a better or lesser of a deal. you take what you can get when times are bad.  This deal will go through pretty much as I know Sino by all counts according to Long Run have the funds but just making sure they agree with all the polices and procedures.  Minister is out of town for a bit to sign the paper. Last phase of the deal.
