RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Nevsun Dismisses Baseless CriticismsYes Reservoir tradded down to $3.00 but Nevsun tradded down below their on hand cash value. So while our deposit showed value the market valued Nevsuns's mine at less than zero not a big vote in confidence.
I did not say management was in a plot. I said they would probably not be sad to see a no vote. They did the best deal they could but probably not the one they would have preferred.
As far as the door being being open for 8 months for proposals was also during the worst time for commodity stocks in decades. Freeport tradded down to $3.52 just as they were making their deal with Lundin. This is not the best time to do a deal. I would prefer to keep our deposit and keep on drilling until we have a more favorable market for a deal. Our stock could drop with a no vote but for us long term holders it will still give us the best chance of getting a much bigger pay day. Just to be fair I did sale 120,000 to pay off so loans but am keeping the rest until we know more about what Timok really has for reserves.
