Both these segments provided a variety of wireless voice and data communications services, including local, international long distance and roaming services. The services were provided to subscribers on both a postpaid and prepaid basis.

The problem is Tom Rossi--transparency is not his forte. So Acerus acquired a new drug, what are the terms? Was more debt taken on like estrace or was there some other financing? How about the money owed to Endo for pre-paid inventory? Material facts are hidden from the investor--just accept it...much like the share price barely over a dime.
