RE:RE:RE:FrustratingThe questions that occur to me. 1) Do the shorts know something more than the obvious: no acquisition? (without how can they meet their guidance and maintain their credibility? such as it is)
2) Are fund holders selling because of lack of trust in management? Was the recent adoption of the ANP the last straw? 3) Will they announce their first partner in Concertis by the end of the month as was suggested in the conference call? 4) Will those decrying evil short sellers realize it has been bad management that is the cause of the decline in share price and the shorts are only profiting from management's and shareholders' mistakes? 5) Are the steps that were taken: a new CAO and new board members be enough to turn this sinking boat around?
