RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:MRAM == I can hear you screaming.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:MRAM == I can hear you screaming.The number of shares outstanding don't bother me at all.   I've seen companies with more than double the amount Simba has and go to as high a $7.  They have no income and are not producing yet.  I only mention that as an example and to point out that the amout of outstanding shares is not going to be a hinderance to us.

I have had a number of discussions with Mark about PP and no further PP are planned for the near future.  Simba is definately counting on warrants being exercised during the next couple of years as the SP increases and the the expiry date gets closer.  If all goes according to plan the  money from the warrants will bring in 5 or 6 million dollars and that should be sufficient to keep Simbafrom doing any PP's.

I have been told some things are in the works that could be very beneficial to Simba and shareholders, this is aside from what's going on in Africa, but wasn't told any specific's.

 Rest assured the new Simba/Essel partnership is moving forward and starting to pick up speed. JMHO
