Study the dynamics of shorting & market manipulation of share prices for LRE.

Selling of non-existant imaginary shares or borrowing to sell on a exchange in order to drive prices down & then use multiples to arrive at a manipulative book value to infer a Company's worth is a scam.

Next, the Chinese never owned a single percent in LRE but used LRE mgt. ownership & privileged share holders ownership of shares to legalize & conspire to a deal. Thus, share prices were kept at rock bottom & the purchase offer at the lowest. This is market manipulation.

How blind & dumb can the small investor be that they cannot understand this. First; the share price is driven down (study the low volumes of sales to understand how little it takes over a lot of transactions to drive the sp down) and then an offer is made without acquiring any equity into the stock so prices stay low.

C'on people; get educated & use your heads. LRE sp is the result of market manipulation & is the classic case of fraud & deception & criminal intent to mislead & steal from the stupid small investor. "Ignorance is not bliss if it robs you of your money!"
