You don't think EUO is worth even 18.5?  Come on man...step up to the plate.

For sure, but my first purchase was on 2016.09.08 at 0.195 and my cost price is 0.1821. If I can lower it I do it. And I do it with my pocket money (insteed of afterwork's beers).
