RE:RE:TakeoverI doubt there will be a competing offer as all the major players in the company are onboard and there is a substantial break fee of $500k - payable by Nordex.

$0.12/share is for the financing, the going private part of transaction is at $0.15/share.

Anything is possible though.  Am seller at $0.14/share.
