There's nothing wrong with this picture, Misty. When the deal was made Kaizen Capital was going for around three cents per share and, accordingly, the "finder" was being paid about $30,000 for his or her efforts. Is this excessive? None of these shares come from Teuton or American Creek, so why do you criticize Teuton and American Creek for not insisting that Kaizen issue fewer shares to its finder?
