RE:RE:Get real - this is a the best deal that has been offered Hi Rob,
Have you considered why when we owned only 25% of the upper zone we were worth relatively more at a 'market' bottom' than when we now own 100% of the upper zone?  Not sure comparing how the stocks moved in the down cycle is relevant to valuations now but taking freeport (fcx) as a proxy on copper stock top to bottom, the top was roughly on July 2014 and the bottom on Jan 2016.  Our stock roughly went from $6 to $3.50 and NSU went from $3.5 to $3.50...

Wouldn't the fact that NSU needs us more means we're getting a good deal?  i.e.: they would pay top price... so we're getting a top price as an equity position into an undervalued company - sounds fine to me.

If  you want to get the most value out of this asset, it would be to have equity interest into someone who can build the mine... I think it was a top mining guy (the guy running THO now and glamis b4) who said when they see a deposit is great, they would just starting building the mine and skip thru all the BFS... that's just a waste of money to show institutions to raise money.

As to the 'several other highly profitable possibilities', they could have emerged now already given the breakup fee is only 20m... if bidder is waiting for a NO vote so they can save the 20m, i don't see how much more they can afford to pay us.
