RE:RE:Media biased towards brexit

RE:RE:Media biased towards brexit True.  Generic but true.  As for Brexit and this stock, it really depends on your point of view.  If you are a trader, then this is a very important event.  If your timeline on the stock is a few weeks then this is a very important event.

The only thing going against the company fundamentally is the debt.  But it is organized in such a fashion that they could actually make another small deal imo.  In other words that leaves them room to grow should opportunity knock.

As for core function of the company, it is just fine and dandy at this price.  The drugs are good, in demand and as far as I can see, the only gamble is on managements ability to increase sales from the Belgium side of things.  This of course has all been verbalized.  If you believe this, then invest.  There is a good chance of at least 25 to 30% gain from here.  I cannot speak from the point of view of a 2 buck holder, but that is not what we have now.  Right now we have a 1.60 stock backed by good fundamentals, is relatively cheap, financial room for another small aquisition and a pipline that they can hopefully increase sales in an environment that is hard to enter, but can provide steady growing income with strong government oversight.  Not to be to crude but the problems that their drugs address are not going away because of the referendum.

If it jumps 20-30-40% on the Brexit results, I am probably going to take some profit.  If it drops because of the Brexit outcome then I am probably going to buy more.

And once the Brexit issue is resolved, we have 2 things to worry about.  1) Currency...but that is a mugs game. This is a growth story, so while currency losses will hold it down, I do not believe it will kill it.  IE look at some of the ETF that have large, stable european dividend payers in it,,,most up a couple points today.  And again, if your timeline is a couple weeks, I feel for you and your heart.                                                                                                      2) Is there a 4 mnth hold on the 14.25 mill shares that were recently converted May 18.  If so, it is something to watch leading up to Sept 18.  By which time Brexit will not be your concern.

And please note, that I always take the analysts with a good dose of Salt.  If I hit 2.50ish (I believe thats Mackie) I will be one happy camper in 12 months.

Good luck, Brexit and ALL
