you missing my point . My question is if those large options at this low price can be consider excessive  renumeration ( and therefore an unethical governance practice   which benefit the inside shareholders at the expense of the outside shareholders).
I'm not against options as a renumeration tool for management but they need to be reasonable .
Therefore the pupose of my comments was to seek feedback if  other shareholders feel this as excessive renumeration given the past year performance of the company .
Integrity of management is the  key issue  for me to stay shareholder of a small growing company .
I choose to become a shareholder because of the past status /knowledge of the management team as a integer team with good performance track record and an innovative business model in the agriculture business .
