I'm assuming Alliance takes a good chunk of the profits. It looks to me like they separated their premium more oily assets into the deal made with the private company Tournament. Either way, CKE is a story to hold and come back to in 3 years. The returns should be good, but these are undoubtedly tough times. Management is top notch and doing what it can.
