Important reminder-Debenture voting deadline tomorrow, Jn 16

Important reminder-Debenture voting deadline tomorrow, Jn 16If you are voting by Internet proxy (at proxyvote.com), then your deadline is tomorrow, Thursday, June 16th.

Your vote on the debenture amendent proposal is very important because the board requires a super-majority of 66.67% for this to pass.  According to the information circular, insiders own less than 1% of the debentures, so unlike the typical case where your vote seems useless because insiders control a majority and the outcome is a foregone conclusion, your vote actually matters here.  This will be decided by minority holders like you and me.

I'm voting "Against".
