RE:Mr. Torres files a criminal libel suit against BCSC lawyer

RE:Mr. Torres files a criminal libel suit against BCSC lawyerI find this MSX news release to be a bit unclear... as usual.  If anybody can supply some factual answers (web links, articles, filings, etc.... anything verifiable) to help clear things up, it would be appreciated.

Why has a "criminal complaint" been filed against Shawn McColm, for alleged libel committed by Peter Brady?

Has the Torres "criminal complaint" been filed in Chile or in BC?

Did the 11 page BCSC letter referred to ever get published anywhere by the BCSC? I don't recall seeing it, but it seems that it's publication (by the BCSC) would be crucial to the "complaint" becoming an actual charge.

Is the legal meaning of "libel" in Chile the same as it is in Canada? ... "Libel is a defamatory statement that is published or broadcast." https://zvulony.ca/2010/articles/defamation-articles/definition-defamation/

Did Torres file the complaint on behalf of himself or on behalf of MSX?
.........................

Presumably the part about seeking depositions and appearances of the BCSC, TSX,and OSC regulators is an aside from the libel complaint. It's interesting that BJ mentions that Torres has stated that he has NO legal option but to do this. If/when this tactic fails, (assuming that it's not part of JL's "lose on purpose" strategy) I'm sure he'll be able to find another option to spin before the courts.
