There are tolls when a company uses Alliance. All the companies pay these tolls, there is no free lunch. But the final price they get is higher than what they get from AECO or BC Station 2. This is the key by using Alliance. 
 
 
Proforma the Tournament deal, debt-free CKE separates its Montney from its legacy non-Montney assets. Great strategic move. Contact the company to confirm it if you want. 
 
 
CKE now becomes a pure Montney play and focuses on its Montney assets in Birley/Umbach next to Storm Resources (SRX) etc. (see the presentation map) and in Gold Creek/Knopcik next to privately-held CIOC (Canadian International Oil Corporation) that was bought out by US-fund Riverstone Seneca in December 2015.
