Cadilac, for some reason, I am feeling compeled to help you better understand the inner workings of a junior resource stock.

Yes, the original 'Fish Lake Acquisition" press release still sits on Alix's server [website]. I guess they could delete it......a little unethical mind you.......but the press release would not entirely disappear, for it sits also on 100 other internet servers [websites]. I say unethical, for it was a material event that needed to be disclosed to the market. And having said that, the question then arises as to why Alix has not publicly disclosed that the the 'Fish Lake Acquisition' did not close? By rights, they should have! But on the same token, perhaps there is still a chance Mr. England can close on this deal. But in ther interim, he felt it necessary to pull the Fish Lake Project Information from his "Project and Home" page.......and rightfully so.

Now, if the 'Fish Lake' project did in fact close, you could find regulatory documentation similar to this for the closing of Alix's Preissac-Lacorne acqisition.......

Alix Resources agreement for Jackpot property

2016-04-18 16:14 ET - Property Agreement

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation in connection with a property option purchase agreement dated March 28, 2016, between the company and 2254022 Ontario Ltd., John Rapski, Jim Forbes and Steve Forbes, whereby the company is acquiring a 100-per-cent interest in the Jackpot property that is located in the Barbara Lake area of Ontario. Consideration is 2.4 million shares to be issued as shown in the attached table.

2254022 Ontario Ltd. (Donald McKinnon) 1.2 million common shares John Rapski 570,000 common shares Jim Forbes 546,000 common shares Steve Forbes 84,000 common shares

The above shares were issued and transfered to the vendors of said property, in order to close/complete the above deal. But the 200,000 shares necessary to close/complete the Fish Lake deal were never issued or transfered. For if they were, then there would be public documentation to prove such. :)

But Cadilac, it's puzzling why you don't offer an explanation as to why 'Fish Lake' does not show up any longer on the companys Home or Project Page? And why you refused to make a quick phone call or email to explain such?

In conclusion, it is not the end of the world that Alix could not close on the 'Fish Lake' property. For Alix has more than enough promising properties to keep them busy for a couple of years. In other words, there is no need to be so defensive, with respect to Fish Lake. I really can't believe the discussion has gone on for this long. :)

The best to you all.
