The FSAN torpedo is a dud

So the accusation of irregular accounting procedures was groundless yet it succeeded in tanking the price from .12 to .08.... but will we bounce up again now that that SNM has proven their financing arrangements are up to FSAN's accounting standards?

Given the oil price we should be at .15...
