EV = debt of $29 mil Cdn + mkt cap of $25 mil Cdn = $54 mil Cdn....

guidance of $10 mil US ebitda + 10% for recently announced acquisition x 1.29 fx = $14 mil Cdn ....

EV / ebitda = 3.9x !!!!
