RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:The Fish Lake projectThank you for the effort here 'thebacknine', but I'm not sure if they will believe your conversation with Mr. England anymore than mine.
But to address Cadilac's statement about not believing until he sees it in writing on SEDAR......and not to take anything away from Alix's hopes of possibly closing on the 'Fish Lake' acquisition........but most junior resource companies will put off negative news for many months, keeping regulators at bay by stating that there is still a possibility of closing on the deal. And when they cannot put it off any longer, they disclose the material event by burying at the bottom of a future press release, or deep inside the quarterly statements......which nobody reads anyway! :)

I was told that the deal for the property is not 100% due to an issue as to who actually owned the property prior to Alix making the purchase. The lawyers are now doing thier thing. He went on to say that he is quite confident that by months end a news release pertaining to the Fish Lake aquasition will be released and all will be cleared up. He also said that it is not mentioned on their website under thier projects because they do not legally own it at this point.
He seamed very confident that all will be good with the aquasition and that this is merely a small speed bump. ....................
