The Company owns over 221 hotels with approximately 37,000 rooms or suites located in over 36 states, in the District of Columbia, Ontario, Canada and San Juan, Puerto Rico. It owns approximately 752 service-oriented retail properties with over 13.3 million square feet located in approximately 42 states. The Company’s net lease portfolio is occupied by over 175 tenants, which is operating approximately 137 brands in over 21 industries. The Company's net lease portfolio is leased to tenants that include travel centers, quick service and casual dining restaurants, movie theaters, health and fitness centers, grocery stores, automotive parts and services and other businesses in service-oriented and necessity-based industries.

Please explain how the price is being "kept down"

Please explain how the price is being "kept down"I hear a lot of comments on here about firms purposely trying to weaken the stock price of SVC. I'd like to hear someone explain in detail the mechanics of how this is happening, because to me it sounds like a bunch of bs.

Stock is stagnant, its not that hard to explain. Stagnant revenue, no good deals being announced, lawsuit. I don't think we need to make up non-existant manipulators to explain this.

Company needs to get some real top line growth and maybe the lawsuit behind them, show that they can sell telecoms on business services and their software offerings.

I doubt highly that any firms are establishing meaningful short positions in this equity.
